IF Claims is a powerful browser
based system to control all areas of claims management.
With a focus on fast and cost efficient claims processing,
this module provides the tools to improve quality
of service and customer satisfaction.
From the initial claim through to completion and
payment, in-built workflow will track and manage each
stage. The 'workflow manager' defines and allocates
pre-set workflow plans throughout the suite of IF
modules. This allows each workflow plan to be assigned
to defined functions and actions within InsuranceFaces. Workflow plans can be configured to match company
processes.
This module also provides 'dynamic' action driven
workflow through 'work tickets'. These tickets enable
all parties involved in writing policy, or claim administration,
to manage workflow actions between workgroups, management,
brokers and third parties.
'Work tickets' can be viewed at a personal, client,
policy, claim or management level, providing real-time
information on 'overdue' actions and the claims cycle.
This enables a fast response to any highlighted issues,
therefore improving and controlling the quality of
service and customer satisfaction.
Third party information is stored and utilised for
letter production etc. and will also reference any
company policies the third party may hold.
Brokers or service suppliers can also remotely access
the system. Their view or update rights of the information
will be tailored to requirements, through secure user
roles.
IF Claims is a core module and as such is a requirement,
together with IF Underwriting, for any InsuranceFaces
implementation. This does not apply to the Harlosh
Fund Manager and ReInsurance modules.
