providers in the claims cycle can access and update
information, interfacing directly with the InsuranceFaces system.
In order to reduce administration costs and time
cycle of claims processing service providers such
as solicitors, garages and assessors can access and
view claims information through a secure browser based
and personalised interface that is fully configurable
to your business processes.
Service providers can be defined centrally, but also
assigned to an individual claim allowing access through
their user role.
Once assigned to a claim the service provider is
then integrated to the work flow of the specific work
group, ensuring that each activity is tracked through
the claims process.
