Mutual choose Target Harlosh
Target harlosh signed contracts with NFU
Mutual, the UK's leading rural insurer, for a new
Insurance Administration system.
Under the terms of the agreement we will provide
NFU Mutual with its InsuranceFaces solution, a technology
platform which will consolidate NFU Mutual's existing
legacy systems into a single, flexible application
across the whole of the general insurance business
process.
NFU Mutual selected Harlosh - from a shortlist of
ten providers - as the technology company that could
best meet the project criteria after a rigorous 'proof
of concept' process. Harlosh’s status as an IBM Premier
Partner was a significant factor in NFU Mutual's decision.
The InsuranceFaces solution will support end-to-end
business processing throughout the lifecycle of a
GI policy - from issuance to claim.
Running on the IBM iSeries platform and utilising
WebSphere, InsuranceFaces delivers a user-friendly
and intuitive browser-based interface, providing around
4,000 NFU Mutual users and business partners with
seamless information management for all aspects of
every General Insurance policy held by NFU Mutual.
